  Terrible customer service. We regularly end up waiting 2 days and making 4 trips to the store just to fill a prescription we're initially told will be ready in 30 minutes. This has happened AT LEAST three times in the last 6 months!

  Terrible customer service. My copay went from 12 dollars to 40 when I question why told me to call Insurance. Come to find out Rite aid opted out of preferred provider . Instead of telling me that so I could go elsewhere they just took my money. By the way they have rude employees so gladly I won't have to put up with that anymore

  The employees here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was in the store buying some items and wrote out my information on the form for the discount card. The employee there KEPT MY PERSONAL INFO, found me on social media, and discussed with her friends the things I bought that day, which led to some rather hostile accusations. The actions of this particular group of employees was juvenile and a terrible representation of customer service, and I am questioned about this incident nearly every time I go inside. Any employee with the least amount of intellect should understand that work and business related conflicts should stay separate from personal conflicts. I am rather disgusted by this place because of it.
